Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401, (410) 974-5534.
DEALERS HOURS
TBD - Merchanting is Friday and Saturday. Setup and close-down are being negotiated at the hotel.

Shopping card gets you into both Exhibitor halls and gives you a $20 discount to Ecumenicon conference if you choose to attend the rest of the conference. (Meal plan and housing are additional.)

INQUIRE FOR 2012 BELOW
One table is $75 which includes one registration. Total number of tables in the hall is 10. As this is a church-sponsored event in a space exclusively reserved for conference registrants, there are no taxes being collected by the church. Dealers are responsible for their own taxes. The table is between 6 and 8 feet long and 4 feet wide and includes an 8×8 space around it (room for two chairs). An artist may have a display as long as it fits in the same space requirement. Merchant fees are considered a business expense and are not tax deductible.

Clearly mark the check “Merchant Regisration” or “Sponsor Registration”.
If a sponsor, list on a separate piece of paper the names of the persons covered by the 4 (or 2) registrations, with a contact address, phone, and email, and the name of the Sponsoring Organization.
If you wish to be put on a waiting list for 2011 (we tend to sell merchant spaces early), please send your name, address, email address and telephone number to the above address or email to Charles Butler
You may pay by PayPal using the Merchant Amount (see the Sponsor page) at ttp://www.ecumenicon.org/sponsors, or send Exhibitor registration to the above address.
Be sure to clearly state “Merchant Registration” on your check and include the following on a separate piece of paper:
Name, Name of Business, Contact Address, Contact Email (preferred), Description of Items Carried (We don’t want to put two book dealers, two costume dealers, or two jewelers next to each other).
We will change this Web page when we are full, assume we have space unless we tell you otherwise. Note that PayPal charges $2 to $4 for this service so we include it as part of your fee. Save money and send a check directly above.
