Membership
To share in forum and connect to the wider world, we ask for annual dues
from individuals or groups.
Our annual dues are $48.00, payable in installments of $12 each over 4
months. Life time membership is a
one-time payment of $960.00.
Membership
Membership is open to any adult (18 or over), of any tradition, who is willing
to work in an interfaith environment, respect traditions not their own,
encourage each person to find the faith that moves them, and diligently
seeks to create a world of harmony and justice.
Children are welcome to participate in any event with their parents or
legal guardians, but are not voting members until adulthood.
Membership is self-selected. There is no “membership
induction” process except the willingness to show up and actually
work and be a part of consensus-making. We are a task-oriented association,
encouraging all of our groups to go to our many activities. The start of new groups are always encouraged.
Dues can be paid at any business meeting, Fellowship-sponsored event, or
any event at which Ecumenicon Fellowship has an outreach table (such as Darkover, Sacred Space or other events) or through the PayPal link below. This way we associate a name
with a face and the fact that you actually showed up. You can also download
a membership
form [MS Word
26K] and mail it in with your payment or with your PayPal receipt number (for renewals only) to

Natural Learning.
2.
Discounts of $15 toward our annual conference.
3.
A membership card with picture, signature, the
Ecumenicon corporate address, your own address (optional) and your
membership number, and expiration date. This can act as additional ID in
the State of Maryland.
To receive this we must receive a signed form (see attached PDF), and your
preferred picture (emailed as a .jpg). Pictures should be scaled at
wallet/passport size to fit onto the membership card. Membership cards will
be mailed within two weeks after receiving your photo.
4.
Groups — $48/year
gets access for a representative to the ecumenicon@yahoogroups.list,
your group is listed on the Web site, and you receive a membership card
giving a representative of your group a discount of $15 toward the annual
conference. A group may be an “Associate” member group, in
which case it is listed in our charter as sharing our charitable status and
certificate, or a “Sister Group” in which case it has its own
independent charitable status. In either case, the group gets one vote in
the quarterly business planning meetings (next one is in April). For a list
of associates and sister groups, see this link.

Business Meetings
Business meetings for the Fellowship are held quarterly (and sometimes
more often) at varying locations. All Ecumenicon members and friends and
allies are invited to participate. This is a planning and volunteer
opportunity meeting, so all are welcome to contribute ideas.
If you would like to be involved in on-line discussion, or propose an
activity, send a message to trustees@ecumenicon.org
before the meeting if at all possible.
